Additional Project Manager

Yardscapes Inc is looking to add an Additional Project Manager to our team. We are a 52-year-old company that services high-end projects throughout the Twin Cities Metro area. This Position is a key role between the Designer, Installation Crew, and client. You need 3-5 Years management experience, Good Communication, Computer skills. A valid Driver's License is required (CDL Preferred) with a clean driving record. This position is year-round, salary with benefits. You Must Have Landscape Construction Experience to apply.

You must have knowledge of:

• Landscape construction:
• Hardscapes.
• Masonry.
• Swimming Pools.
• Softscapes.
• Irrigation.
• Low Voltage Lighting.
• Carpentry.

Project Flow:

• Project Schedule.
• Project Budget.
• Subcontractors.

Other Job Functions:

• Layout Of Project.
• Ordering materials for each site.
• Scheduling delivery of materials.
• Following up and monitoring completed projects.
• Accessing any warranty needs.
• Minimal Winter Services.
