These Terms govern access to and use of the HelpMeFindJobs.com global job-search service, operated by HELPMEFINDJOBS COM LLC. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy and, if you opt in to texts during an application, the Text Messaging Program Terms.
Description of Service
HelpMeFindJobs lets you search openings, review employers, and submit applications using recruitlayer technology.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use HelpMeFindJobs, and information you provide must be accurate, truthful, and your own.
Applications and Content
When you submit an application, you authorize its storage, processing, and transmission to the Participating Employer for recruiting purposes.
Text Messaging (SMS)
Texting is optional and never required to apply. If you opt in, you consent to automated texts from the parties identified at opt-in, which may include HelpMeFindJobs.com and/or the Participating Employer. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop messages from that sender and HELP for help.
We request and record SMS consent only for entities that completed carrier-required branded messaging registration under their own name. The wording and entities recorded when you opted in continue to control that consent.
Acceptable Use
Do not use HelpMeFindJobs unlawfully, fraudulently, harmfully, through abusive automation, or to interfere with the service or another person’s rights.
Third-Party Listings and Employers
Employers are responsible for listings, hiring decisions, and communications. We do not guarantee a role, interview, or outcome.
Intellectual Property
The platform, design, and owned content are protected. You retain rights in submitted materials and grant the permissions needed to process them.
Disclaimers
HelpMeFindJobs is provided as available and without warranties that applicable law permits us to exclude.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect damages, lost opportunities, or conduct of employers or third-party services.
Indemnification
You agree to address claims caused by unlawful use, breach of these Terms, or materials you had no right to provide.
Suspension and Termination
We may limit or terminate access to protect users, comply with law, or respond to violations.
Governing Law
Applicable law and forum depend on HelpMeFindJobs operator and mandatory rules in your jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these Terms by publishing a new version and effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance where law permits.
