Job Description Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Core Networking Skills Cisco / Juniper Network Administration Network Security Firewall Wireless Networking Cloud Networking SD-WAN & Modern Networking Network Monitoring & Operations

Roles & Responsibilities:

Monitor network performance and availability for Retail, Firewall and Datacenter environments.

Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 network incidents.

Handle tickets and service requests within defined SLAs.

Escalate complex issues to L3 engineers when required.

Participate in on-call and major incident support activities.

Support hybrid network environments.

Troubleshoot network connectivity between cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
