6-10 years overall IT experience

Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and business team, in both written and verbal formats.

Experience in working with C#, .NET MVC.

Experience in web application development using .NET framework 3.5/4.0, ASP.NET, VB.NET, HTML, DHTML, XML, SQL, CSS, Ajax, Java script.

Experience with object-oriented design and Service Oriented Architectures (SOA).

Experienced in writing unit and functional tests

Experience building cross-browser compatible web applications.

Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged.

5+ years of hands-on Dynamics CRM Developer & experience with 365 cloud

Proven Experience in Client side coding, scripting and extensions in Dynamics CRM online/Cloud

Hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, the entity model, security model, and Web services.

Must possess an understanding of when to use out of the box Dynamics CRM functionality vs. custom coding

Hands-on experience architecting solutions that involve CRM customizations to include server side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies and plug-ins

Services Oriented Architecture (Web Services, HTTP, REST) programming experience required

Experience with the C# language and the Microsoft.NET Framework, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, Windows Communication and Workflow foundation.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related area required.

Master's preferred.
