Our projects range from TV productions and fictional series to branded formats on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Twitch, or TikTok. We develop and accompany creators on the path to their own personality brand. Our international team of 400 people speaks all languages - from mainstream to subculture, from the Fridays-For-Future movement to K-Pop culture.

Your tasks:

• Video editing for social media formats (Reels, Stories) from subtitling to cutdowns
• Collaboration on real client projects, not practice tasks
• Maintenance of our CI library (client assets such as logos, fonts, templates)
• Support during on-site shoots
• Insight into motion design and workflow tools

Qualifications:

• Enrolled study in media, film, and television, etc.
• Basic knowledge in Adobe Premiere
• Basic knowledge of video format, codec, and container as well as basic knowledge of camera technology
• Secure handling of data transfer from various physical or virtual media
• Experience with non-linear editing is an advantage
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects is advantageous
• Team skills, reliability, self-initiative
• Organizational talent with a structured working method
• Sense of order
• Residence in Cologne or surroundings is advantageous to be flexible for on-site support
• Language skills: German at a C1/C2 level, English good in speech and writing (B2)

• Mandatory internship within 40 hours/week, ideally for 6 months
