You'll combine strong game design principles with specialist illustration and digital art skills, taking ownership of the visual design process from initial concepts and UI layouts through to polished assets and animation handover.

You'll be highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop, comfortable adapting to different visual styles, and experienced in preparing clean, structured assets for animation and development teams. We're looking for someone who is organized, collaborative and adaptable, with a growth mindset and a proactive approach to improving how we work. We work in cross-functional teams across Greece, London, Ireland, and Chicago.

This role is offered as a 12-month contract position on a contractor basis.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, animators, developers and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive game experiences.
  • Asset Management: Maintain clean, structured Photoshop files and contribute to reusable asset libraries and shared design standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase reusability and adopt new tools and techniques.
  • Mentorship & Feedback: Share knowledge, provide constructive feedback and support the development of other team members.
