Industrial Assembler – Unit & Panel Builder

We are looking for mechanically inclined individuals to help build and assemble large industrial air conditioning and air handling units. This hands-on position involves assembling metal panels, installing components, measuring materials, and using various hand and power tools.

Job Duties:

• Assemble large industrial units, panels, walls, and structural components.
• Measure, cut, and fit materials according to specifications.
• Install insulation, motors, fans, coils, and other components.
• Use drills, rivet guns, impact wrenches, saws, and other hand tools.
• Follow assembly drawings and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Requirements:

• MUST be able to read a tape measure accurately down to 1/16 of an inch.
• Mechanically inclined with good attention to detail.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, construction, or hands-on experience preferred.
• Blueprint reading experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and work with a team to lift panels weighing up to 175 lbs.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the shift.
• Comfortable climbing ladders when needed.

• Individuals with experience in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, construction, carpentry, metal fabrication, machine operation, or other hands-on industrial environments are encouraged to apply!
