Senior Product Designer

MaintainX is a leading mobile-first work execution platform for industrial and frontline teams. More than 13,000 customers, including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL and Volvo, use MaintainX to cut unplanned downtime and run better operations, across 13.9 million managed assets and 79.5 million completed work orders.

In August 2026 MaintainX became part of Autodesk, joining Autodesk Operations Solutions, the organization unifying Autodesk's operations platform alongside Tandem, FlexSim and Fusion Operations. We are looking for a senior product designer who combines exceptional expertise with deep product thinking to shape MaintainX's AI-first product experience. You will lead the end-to-end design for web and mobile, in collaboration with product managers, engineers and designers, to transform complex workflows into simple and intuitive tools for frontline collaborators.

What You Will Do:

• Design end-to-end AI-based product interfaces for web and mobile—from problem definition to high-fidelity implementation.
• Design AI-based experiences for frontline users, such as maintenance technicians and facility managers, by simplifying and optimizing workflows without adding complexity.
• Translate ambiguous and ever-evolving AI issues into clear and verifiable design solutions, working closely with product and engineering teams.
• Adopt a systemic approach: identify recurring patterns, design for reuse and contribute.

About You:

• More than 6 years of experience in product design in the SaaS B2B or enterprise platforms.
• Practical experience in designing AI-based features, such as natural language interfaces, agents and predictive analytics for real users facing real problems.
• Exceptional skills in visual and interaction design, with a keen sense of typography, spacing, colors, layout and animation.
• Systemic thinking capable of naturally identifying recurring patterns, designing reusable elements and anticipating the impact of design choices on the entire product.
