Your Tasks

As a Video Editor in Performance Marketing, you will develop video ads in collaboration with our Paid-Media, Social, and Creative Team. These ads aim to capture attention and deliver measurable results. Your focus will be on short-form content for our D2C brands TEVEO, fayn., and Meek & Hon.

• You will edit and produce performance ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube – from UGC and testimonials to product demos and creator content.
• You will transform briefs and raw material into strong storylines, hooks, and clear messages.
• You will quickly create different variants and optimize elements such as intro, length, sequence, captions, sound, and call-to-action.
• Together with the performance team, you will analyze creative KPIs and develop successful formats data-driven.
• You will adapt videos for different platforms, formats, audiences, and markets.
• You will monitor social media and editing trends and bring new ideas, tools, and AI workflows into the team.
• Experience behind the camera in video production is beneficial but not required.

Your Profile

The strengths we need in our team:

• You have practical experience in video editing – ideally with social ads, UGC, creator content, or D2C/E-commerce brands.
• You impress us with a portfolio or showreel that demonstrates your flair for tempo, storytelling, and attention-grabbing openings.
• You work confidently with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
• You understand that a performance ad must not only look good but also achieve a specific goal.
• You can quickly implement feedback, work structured, and keep an overview even with many variants and short timings.
• Motion design, sound design, color grading, or experience with AI-based editing tools are a plus.
• You have very good German and good English skills.
