Subcontractor Opportunity for 2026–2027 Winter Season

Bring your own plow truck and salt spreader to take on snow-removal work this winter! Vizmeg Landscape is seeking a subcontractor for the 2026–2027 winter season in the Avon, Ohio area.

The opportunity

• Independent subcontracting work; this is not an hourly employee position.
• Compensation is based on the agreed work and contractor terms, not weekly wages. Rates and payment terms will be discussed before work begins.
• Work is weather-dependent and requires open availability 24/7 for snow and ice events.

What you’ll do

• Use your own plow-equipped truck and salt spreader to clear and de-ice assigned residential or commercial properties.
• Complete work safely and to the agreed service requirements.
• Communicate about assignments, site conditions, and completed work.
• Provide professional service and take pride in quality workmanship.

Requirements

• Your own reliable truck equipped with a snowplow and salt spreader.
• At least 1–2 years of experience operating plow trucks or other snow-removal equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Availability during winter weather events and ability to work outdoors in severe conditions.
• Reliable transportation and ability to serve the Avon, OH area.
