Location: Minnesota Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year + Full Benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Position

We're looking for an LPCC who can create a comfortable, professional space where clients can talk openly about what they're experiencing and work towards practical goals. You'll provide counselling to clients across Minnesota, from initial assessment through ongoing sessions. Your work will include understanding each client's concerns, developing an appropriate plan, and adjusting your approach as their needs and progress change.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counselling sessions through telehealth
• Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Establish treatment goals based on each client's needs and circumstances
• Use evidence-informed counselling approaches appropriate to the client
• Review progress and adjust treatment when clinically appropriate
