Senior Regulatory Specialist - Food & Feed

The Senior Regulatory Specialist - Food & Feed supports product safety and quality for Quali Tech's specialty ingredients. Working closely with Quality Assurance and R&D, this role maintains supplier and customer documentation, manages ingredient and formula approvals, supports label and specification changes, and helps administer food safety and quality programs. The specialist interprets food regulations, prepares regulatory reports, supports audits and traceability, and identifies process improvements to ensure compliant, reliable products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain supplier and ingredient approval and related documentation.
• Coordinate customer documentation and support audit readiness.
• Manage change control for formulas, labels, and product specifications.
• Support and help administer food safety and quality assurance programs.
• Prepare regulatory and analytical reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Interpret and apply local, federal, and international food regulations.
• Conduct traceability exercises and support third-party audits such as SQF and BRC.
• Identify and implement improvements to regulatory processes and systems.
