Stage: Creative (Scriptwriter/Storyteller)

In a nutshell: we are looking for a creative person with a lot of humor, good storytelling skills, and the ability to write scripts. We often tell our stories on video: on social media, in ads, and on our own channels. Good scripts are needed for this. As an intern, you will help write the videos that show who we are.

Some weeks you will write ten hooks for one ad and test which one works best. Other weeks you will be on set and adjust your script on the spot because you see that it can be better. We are looking for someone who writes quickly, listens well, and does not fall in love with their first version.

After your internship, you will have co-written videos that are really watched, and there will be a fixed way of working that allows us to go faster from idea to script.

Responsibilities

• Writing scripts for social videos, ads, and our own channels
• Coming up with and testing hooks and angles
• Translating product information into a story that people want to watch
• Thinking about concepts together with the marketing team
• Being present at recordings and adjusting scripts as needed
• Analyzing which videos work and why, and taking that into account in the next script

Hard Requirements

• You write short, sharp, and in colloquial language
• You watch a lot of video and know why someone stays watching or scrolls past
• You handle feedback well and rewrite without effort
• You are available from February 1, 2027, to June 2, 2027
• You are an HBO or WO student, after your studies you may possibly transition to full-time
• Big plus: you have a portfolio with scripts or videos that you have written yourself
