Financial Management Manager

You will be the Financial Management Manager for the Finance Operations Team. Our team is responsible for leading a group of analysts in executing financial and business-operations activities for the GMLRS program. As the Financial Management Manager you will oversee monthly EV reporting, long-range planning, contract status reviews, variance analysis, and ad-hoc financial support for program and executive leadership. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: monthly EV reporting and compliance, comprehensive long-range planning, quarterly contract status review, variance analysis and reporting, ad-hoc requests in support of program and executive leadership.

This position is in Dallas, Texas location. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate to possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher
• Financial planning experience with Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash
• Cost management and analysis experience
• Team Oriented Leader

Desired Skills:

• MBA
• Understanding and familiarity with LM processes and tools
• Team Player
• Extensive Program Finance Experience
• Experienced and comfortable developing and briefing executive level reviews
