Inside Commercial Support Team Entry-Level Position

We are currently seeking an individual for an entry-level position to assist in our Inside Commercial Support Team. Generate leads using existing resources, construction data reports, and social media resources such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Using self-found resources and creating contact lists, track all leads through our CRM. Drive opportunities through calling prospective clients and setting appointments. Collaborate with reps to set meetings and create prospective market lists. Layout designs include creating 2D layouts, 3D layouts, and presentations through Google Slides to increase our stock slides for equipment. Additional key responsibilities include promoting P3's brand, creating positive first impressions and interest with our company by presenting information to key decision makers, entering prospects information into our current database to ensure the information is current, accurate, and relevant, locating businesses that are growing, expanding, relocating, or have multi-locations, creatively finding new solutions for the customer and identifying continuous improvements, monthly reviews detailing progress of leads as well as future initiatives, and developing a scorecard to regularly review with the Inside Sales Manager, Vice President, and outside sales reps. Effectively utilize data and problem-solving skills to proactively resolve internal team and customer issues.
