We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join Total Comfort Heating & Cooling, Minneapolis's premier 5-star heating and cooling company. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping homeowners schedule service appointments, answer questions, and coordinate with our technicians to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. during training. Once training is complete, the regular schedule will be 11:30 a.m.–8:00 p.m., with a requirement to work every third weekend.

What You'll Do

• Answer inbound customer calls and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Schedule and coordinate HVAC service and maintenance appointments.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointments, technicians, and service needs.
• Accurately enter customer and appointment information into company systems.
• Work closely with technicians and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Follow up with customers as needed and help resolve questions or concerns.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Multitask and prioritize responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Provide exceptional customer service on every interaction.

What You'll Bring

• Customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume call center or home-services environment is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and computer skills.
• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing needs.
• HVAC or home-services experience is a plus, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and participate in our comprehensive training program.
