Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Payables professional to join our finance team at Cedar Sinai Park. As an essential member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth handling of accounts payable operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and providing exceptional support to our teams. Responsibilities Process incoming invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable transactions Verify and reconcile invoices with vendors and suppliers Identify and resolve discrepancies in invoices and payments Provide financial support to other departments as needed Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers Requirements Strong analytical and organizational skills Proficiency in accounting software and systems Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and accuracy Here are some reasons you will want to work at Cedar Sinai Park!
