We want to multiply the impact of our brand and educational content, and for that we need someone who can not only edit videos but also tell visual stories with precision and narrative flow.

This is not a place for "editing for editing's sake". We are looking for someone who knows how to take a raw recording and transform it into a piece that teaches, engages, and retains.

But most of all, we are looking for someone who is comfortable working with people of the highest level and wants to be part of something that scales rapidly.

You Will Be Responsible For:

• Editing content for social media, both long videos and short formats.
• Designing materials for lead magnets (PDFs, guides, infographics).
• Collaborating with creators and writers to maintain narrative consistency.
• Using AI tools to speed up subtitles, cuts, effects, or workflows.
• Coordinating with the team to ensure production flows and has impact.

If You Meet The Following… Apply!

• Proven experience editing video (portfolio required).
• We require you to master an editing tool like Premier, After Effects, DaVinci, motion graphics, and/or CapCut.
• Use of AI tools to edit faster and smarter.
• Solid knowledge of editing tools + basic design (Canva, Figma, Adobe).
• Have used AI like ChatGPT, Runway, Sora, etc.
• Good visual taste and judgment to select what goes and what doesn't.
• Mental structure: you can work by processes, not just by inspiration.
