Program Manager for Minnesota Gear Up Middle and High School Tutoring Program

Position Overview

You'll lead MasteryPrep's Minnesota GEAR UP tutoring program for middle and high school students, then help us grow tutoring well beyond Minnesota. During the school year, you run a multi-site, in-person program: tutors, instruction, data, and school partnerships. Between programs, including summer, you build the playbooks and training that will carry tutoring to new sites and states. You'll also deliver professional development and product training for schools nationwide. This role is for someone who wants to build something, not just maintain it.
