Why do we recruit?

The product team designs data-driven solutions and business software, centered on the user, that help our clients make better business decisions from their data.

Design, data science, and development work hand in hand on real problems.

It consists of 30 people (full-stack developers, product managers, product owners, DevOps, and product designers) who build the data science and AI platforms that our clients use every day to drive their decisions.

To accelerate the production of these interfaces, improve our users' journeys, and gather their feedback, we are recruiting a UX/UI Design Intern, followed by a senior product designer, with real autonomy on complete projects carried out relying on the Ekimetrics design system, agile methods, and the double diamond method.

The recruitment process:

• A HR interview,
• A technical interview on site
• A final interview.

A portfolio demonstrating at least 3 varied projects as well as advanced Figma and UI expertise is expected.

Your missions:

• Design flows, wireframes, and mockups: not isolated screens, but journeys that help our clients decide.

• Contribute to the design system: understand why a rule exists before applying it, then evolve it without breaking the coherence between our products.

• Participate in UX workshops and usability tests (Maze), and propose argued solutions.

• Work with product designers, product owners, and developers.

Profile sought:

• Bac+5 in design, UX/UI, or interactive multimedia.

• You follow new products and trends (design systems, AI applied to the product, new interactions), and you want to understand why they work.

• You master Figma in depth (variables, auto-layout, components).

• For you, a design system is a system of rules, not a library of components. Knowledge of shadcn/ui or an equivalent system is a plus.

• You defend your choices with arguments, not just with taste.

• You manage your time and priorities alone.

• You are proactive and reliable on deadlines: you share ideas, doubts, and real progress without waiting to be asked.

The little extras:

• Knowledge of web accessibility will be appreciated
• Skills to present in video and as slides

Modalities:

• 6-month internship, start planned between January and March 2027.

• Software: Jira, Figma, and Maze.
