Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in Medical/Surgical Telemetry for a night shift position. This role requires working three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive patient care in a Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit. Responsibilities include monitoring patients, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of experience in Medical/Surgical Telemetry.
• Permanent Ohio nursing license or compact license required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Previous charge experience preferred.
• One professional reference from a manager, supervisor, or director within the specialty is required.

Job Requirements

• Understands and adheres to patient care protocols.
• Ability to manage a variety of patient ratios as per unit standards.
• Knowledge of various charting systems.
• Experience in handling a spectrum of patient diagnoses.

Additional Information

All candidates must provide proof of a negative nicotine test within the past 12 months, and background checks will be conducted prior to hiring. A competency assessment will be required during orientation.
