In this role, you'll be responsible for assembling interior doors while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. Whether you're new to the industry or have previous manufacturing, construction, or carpentry experience, we provide opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities include:

• Assembling interior doors according to specifications and production requirements.
• Positioning and securing lumber and truss components using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and manufacturing equipment.
• Measuring, cutting, and preparing materials to exact specifications.
• Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met and identifying any defects.
• Operating equipment used in fastening and assembly processes.
• Working at various stations throughout the production process as business needs require.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Following all company safety policies and procedures.
• Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

No prior experience is required. We are willing to train motivated candidates who are eager to learn and grow.

Physical requirements include:

• Standing and walking for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Frequently using hands and arms to grasp, handle, and assemble materials.
• Frequently lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Regularly lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance when appropriate.
• Occasionally bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and balancing.

This position is performed in a manufacturing environment and may involve:

• Exposure to moving machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions, including heat and cold.
• Exposure to dust, vibration, and industrial noise.
• Required use of hearing protection, eye protection, and other PPE.
