Endoscopy RN Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Endoscopy team in Akron, OH. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of permanent Endoscopy experience and a current Ohio RN License or a compact state RN License.

Shift Details

• Day shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (variations may occur)
• Call schedule: 1-2 weekday call shifts per week until 7:00 AM the following day
• 1-2 weekend calls every 6 weeks (24 hours on Saturday and Sunday)
• Potential for Labor Day call

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of permanent Endoscopy RN experience
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Must have a valid Ohio RN License or compact state RN License at the time of application

Important Requirements

• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations are required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director required
• Candidates must pass an ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment during orientation
• Completed BCI/FBI prints are time-sensitive and must be submitted within 48 hours of signing the contract

Additional Information

Local candidates are accepted at the same bill rates. Background checks will be reviewed, and any open cases will result in disqualification. Nurses and Certified Surgical Technologists (CSTs) are exempt from nicotine-free requirements, while all other travelers must be nicotine-free.
