Data Analytics Intern

As a Data Analytics Intern in the Internal Audit department, you will leverage data analytics to support audit objectives, uncover insights, and help drive business decisions. You will have the opportunity to learn new tools and techniques, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and contribute to impactful projects.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a data analytics resource for the internal audit team.
• Perform additional duties and projects assigned. Consistent, regular scheduled attendance is considered an essential function of this job.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in computer science, data analytics, statistics, information technology, or a related discipline.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Anticipated graduation date: May 2027.
• Prior data analytics or business experience is welcomed but not required.
• Prior coursework in IT, auditing, analytics, or business technology is preferred.
• Strong oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new concepts, analyze data, and draw informed conclusions using sound judgment.
• Ability to apply creative and innovative thinking.

Work Environment:

• Summer Internship 2027 (40 hours/week for 12 weeks).
• Hybrid work environment with the ability to work in the Akron, OH office.

The salary range for this opportunity is $19.00–$20.00/hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
