Merchology seeks a Light Industrial Associate to join our Operations team. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Light Industrial Associate will step in to assist on our production team in an area of need. These areas include: picking, shipping & receiving, inventory management, packaging and preparing product for shipment, and quality control. Associates will also be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and orderly work environment.

A successful Light Industrial Associate may be required to:

• Accurately and attentively follow kitting instructions
• Unpack and prep product for decoration
• Review product and work for quality issues
• Move orders to next station in a timely manner
• Efficiently support at assigned work stations
• Sort product and packages
• Accurately pick customer orders and record usage in a timely fashion
• Receive inventory using Merchology's processes, inventory and ERP systems
• Help to maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace and warehouse
• Assist with all other tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience in shipping or production role
• Basic computer skills
• Positive and collaborative attitude
• Ability to follow written and verbal processes in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; NetSuite, HubSpot, ShipHawk preferred
• Spanish bilingual a plus
• Must be able to understand and respond to safety instructions, emergency directions, work instructions, and supervisor communications sufficiently to perform the position safely and effectively.

• 3000 Niagara Lane N. Plymouth, MN 55447
• Second shift: Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
