Warming House Supervisor

The Cottage Grove Recreation Department is hiring Warming House Supervisors to provide customer service, ensure building cleanliness, and track usage at seven warming houses and outdoor skating rinks at various city parks. Positions run from December 26, 2026, through March 2027. The hours of the positions are weekdays from 4:00-9:00 PM and weekends (2 shifts from 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM). Must be at least 18 years of age. The position is open until filled. Applicants are encouraged to submit their application as soon as possible.

Essential Job Functions

•Supervise and coordinate daily operations of seven warming house sites •Greet guests and track attendance •Deal with customer requests and complaints •Cleaning and coordinating of general housekeeping of the buildings •Safely drive a City vehicle in varying weather conditions

Minimum Requirements

• Flexible schedule and must be available to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Must hold a current and valid Driver's License
• Minimum age of 18
