Sr. Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Accountant to join a growing finance team in Twinsburg, Ohio. This position plays a central role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting the monthly close cycle, and strengthening day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work across departments to improve efficiency and support reporting needs.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee invoicing activities, apply incoming payments accurately, and resolve account discrepancies through regular reconciliation efforts.
• Contribute to month-end accounting by preparing journal entries, reviewing general ledger activity, and helping assemble financial statements.
• Track outstanding receivables and follow up on aging balances to support consistent cash collection and overall liquidity.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests by organizing documentation and preparing schedules needed for review.
• Work closely with teams across the business to identify workflow improvements and enhance the effectiveness of accounting processes.
• Provide additional support in accounts payable and related administrative accounting tasks when coverage is needed.
